1) Sales Support to all region Sales Team

  • Check enquiries on inventories availability
  • Matching ASP price against PO issue price from Distributor
  • Handling Philippines, Vietnam, HongKong, Thailand & Singapore Sales Order / order enquiries

2) Sales Order Processing (FG) 

  • Check price of distributors' orders on demand basis
  • Prepare sales order & liase with SP warehouse for shipping arrangement for Philippines, Vietnam, HongKong, Thailand & Singapore 

3) Inventory & Warehousing

  • Conduct random stock check on adhoc basis in 3rd Party Warehouse
  • Arrange & Conduct Annual Physical stock count for external audit
  • Verify & Resolve stock dicrepancy found during random or annual stock count 
  • Monitor & Review 3rd party warehouse month end stock report against OKI reports
  • Review & Analyse inventory level
  • Monitor & Review 3rd party warehouse service provider in regards to inventory management & stock control 

4) Purchasing

  • Prepare PSI data for submission
  • Prepare Purchase Order to vendor 
  • Monitor & Update delivery schedule 
  • Communicate on any price quotation, amendment & stock availability
  • Match against HQ's forecast
  • Prepare monthly actual Purchase versus Budget & Update PSI actual stock 

5) System Supports, Accounting & Reports

  • Create item master into SAP by Design for new product
  • Create supplier price list every half yearly according to our FY into SAP
  • Create vendor price list monthly of items purchased
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for accounts & management
  • Prepare monthly rainbow reports for accounts & management
  • Update monthly forecast from all regions
  • Prepare yearly budget file format to all regions
  • Compiling all region sales and forecast for preparation of PSI

6) General

  • Liasing with technical in writing off old inventories / spareparts
  • Oversee spareparts for all regions
  • Oversea all regions issues

7) To participate in adhoc projects or assignments



  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration or professional certificate in related field.
  • Experienced in warehouse management, transport management and logistics management
  • More than 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Highly analytical, meticulous, excellent organizational, planning and people management skill
  • Experience in ISO 9001 is an advantages
