Key Accountabilities

  • Execute the operation and documentation issues independently.
  • Execute the daily customer service tasks, maintaining good relationship with oversea agent and customers.
  • Team management and problem solving for internal and external issues.


  • Operation and customer service of nomination business from overseas agents including documentation, system data integrity and quotations.
  • Responsible for the customer service for the freehand cargo, and distribution and tracking of effective Sales Lead.
  • Working closely with outside sales and inside sales, develop the other business from the FOB suppliers (shipper) and middleman by good service.
  • Good experience for nomination business development and maintenance and must familiar with the local forwarding prices.
  • Obey and execute the job arrangements assigned by the region manager and make regular work result report besides, keep good relationship with oversea agents and customers.
  • Regularly analyze the quantities of cargos and its costs in the regionand  follow up the execution of the sales target.
  • Develop the new pattern of the business.
  • Manage the working condition of the staffs in the region and Handle the emergency situation.
  • Establish and improve the working team, enhancing the performance constantly.
  • Receiving oversea agent and customers independently and make good arrangement and schedule
  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, preferable major in business administration, marketing, logistics and/or supply chain management.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service related to shipping, freight forwarding or logistics industry is required for this position.
  • Good ability coordination, open communication, understanding of multinational comunication structure.
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently.
  • Can speak fluently in English and Mandarin (will be added advantage).
  • Priority will be given to those candidates who are able to start work immediately.
