HR & Admin Executive
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Maintaining office pantry, cleaning items, stationery.
Ensure Office and Administration Maintenance to be properly kept and control.
Assist in government grant and subsidy.
Monitor staff attendance, leave and claims.
Monitor staff confirmation, contract due and medical claim usage.
Update leave record and ensure that the records are accurate.
Answer inquiries about employee leave, medical expenses and other related matters.
Update and maintain accurate personnel records on systems & personal file.
Assist in any other HR & Admin related ad-hoc tasks when required.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience in similar field is required for this position.
Good communication and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967.
Strong time management and multi-tasking.
Responsible, positive attitude.
Resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitasking.
Candidate must be familiarised with government statutory: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDF.
Good interpersonal skills, analytical and demonstrate maturity to handle confidential data.
Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency.
