- To take responsibilities for general administrative duties.
- To undertake clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making telephone calls and handling email.
- To collect & check DO & invoice daily
- To collect & check all supplier’s invoices / DO daily
- To collect & check drivers’ reports daily
- To collect & check outlets’ stock and sales reports daily
- To collect & check CK 1 & CK 2 stock and production reports
- To compile, consolidate and submit all above reports to directors and superiors daily
- Report any incidents to superior(s) daily
- To assist Accounts Exec in completing accounting tasks
- To check & ensure supplier’s incoming stocks are in good condition
- Provide monthly incentive reports to HR
- To assist in any other jobs / functions assigned by the Management / superiors as when required, in the related fields.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level/LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently and committed to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and ready to accept extra responsibilities
- Ideal candidate must be honest, responsible and exercise confidentiality.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
Working Days : Tuesdays - Sundays
