- Assist, execute and implement the full spectrum of HR function and payroll processing. (Number of staffs approx 70 staffs included director).
- Update and manage HR records and ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively and prepare HR correspondence.
- Handling general administrative duties and provide support to branches of the Company.
- Candidates with relevant experience and possess skills in Administrative, HR or Secretarial have an added advantage.
- Well organized, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong computing skills (minimum Words and Excel) and MYOB have an added advantage.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written and proficient in other languages will be an added advantage.
