- Answer & reply phone call, message and email.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain Contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Prepare and printing purchase invoice, aging reports, sales report
- Prepare and send monthly customer statement to customer
- Prepare the meeting report
- Order office stationery and supplier
- Maintain internal databases (ex: update daily sales via WhatsApp)
- Handle queries from managers and employees

- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in MS Office and SQL system
- High school, diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
