Position: Sales Executive

Industry: Commercial & Advertisement Printing

Salary Range: RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 + Commission

Location: Bukit Permai Industrial Park, 56100 Cheras, KL

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 3pm)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform task assigned by department manager.
  • Conduct market research to indentify selling possibilites and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek for new sales opportunities through telecommunication sales, networking and social media.
  • Set up meeting with potential clients and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Present and advice recommend product materials to customer.
  • Negotiate product and service price, deadline, close deals and handle complaints.
  • Interact directly with sale teams’s personel and clients on a daily basis.
  • Collect, download and prepare job order with complete information and product description.
  • Ensure Standard Operation Procedures is perform in good manner.
  • To collaborate and communicate closely with DTP, Printing,Finishing on project.
  • Product quality check and adherence to customer specications, take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensuring production pieces are produced timely with realistic expectations from the outset.
  • Sample and goods delivery arrangement with necessary document.
  • Upgrading Product Knowledge for producing complex and high quality printing assignments.
  • Assist other departments in their work as required.
  • Maintenance and care of department facilities and equipments.
  • Undertake miscellaneous job related with assigned duties.


Job Requirements:

  • Must possess own transportation.
  • With excellent knowledge of the company product range, application and usage.
  • Ability to propose and recommend product materials suited for customer needs.
  • Fluent in English and possess strong communcation skill (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
  • Thorough understanding of sale and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Fast Learner and interesting in sales.
  • Self motivated with a performance driven approach.
  • Have excellent responsibility.
  • Preferably of 3 years related working experience in printing industry.
  • Overtime needed if required, include on Public Holiday
