We are a 4 A’s accredited Agency providing a combination of Advertising and Marketing Services including supplying of premium and gifts to our clients in the FMCG and MNC categories.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma.
- Some experience in a Procurement Role would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and pro-actively involved in problem solving.
- Required language(s): English & Chinese
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a related field.
- Attention to detail and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Required skill(s) : MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
THE JOB :
- Source and negotiate with multiple suppliers, both local & overseas for the best price and terms of supply.
- Identify and recommend vendors that meet the criteria of pricing, quality, quantity availability and delivery dates.
- Manage suppliers upto door step delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotations/sources, supplier information and documentation.
- Supplier evaluation and assessment in accordance with SOP requirements.
- Liaise with forwarder in all import documentation and shipment.
