- To provide daily general administration support to ensure the smooth running of day to day office and business operational activities.
- Undertake tasks receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- To prepare and issue Invoices DO and other documentation.
- To maintain proper records of all documents at all times;
- To assist in timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents;
- Responsible to purchasing office & outlet equipment, stationary and furniture while monitoring the expenses.
- Liaises with mail/package with courier services.
- Liaises with customers for Delivery Order acknowledgment.
- Ensure company facility maintenance done on a regular basis.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
- Seeking candidates who are looking for long term, stable and permanent position.
- Familiar and highly literate with Microsoft software (Word/ Excel/ Power Point)
- Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- SPM and above
- Fresh graduate is most welcome to apply.
