- Handle customer order, goods delivery & liase with transporter
- Monthly stock take
- All administration work, HR and payroll.
- Responsible for clerical duties (data entry, answer calls, respond to emails, processing mail, filling of documents, etc).
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager & Managing Director
- Ensure files and documentation to be completely and exactly made, complying with policy of the company and accepted practices on accounting
