Job Scope :
- Daily checking and monitoring rinsing water tank A.L.1,A.L.2 CP & HAIR LINE AREA
- Take sample analysis (Caustic Soda , Degreaser , Nitric Acid , Top Seal , Sulphuric Acid , Colour Dyes and CP ).
- Control pH of colour dyes .
- Preparetion of colour dyes .
- Reagents preapration (1N HCI, 1N NaOH, 0.1N NaOH, 1% Phenolpthalein Indicator, 20% KF (Pottassium Fluoride) , 6N NH4OH, 0.1M EDTA, 1N H2S04 and 200g/L Sodium Gluconate .
- Anodizing Analysis Report .
- Laboratory documentation daily record .
Must have at least science base .
- Allowance ( transportation , Meal )
- Central location
- Flexible working hours ( 8.00 am - 6.15 pm ) (Monday - Friday )
