As a part of our expansion plans in Malaysia, we are looking to hire for Senior Recruiter (Team Lead). This is a perfect role for anyone eager to move or build their own team, along with opportunity to further build out their remit of responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing client business relationship, identify business opportunities and develop new business account by cold calling.
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond
- Conduct candidate search and selection process, identify potential candidates to match clients' needs and requirements.
- Follow up on client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage, and follow up on candidates’ feedback after and on-job.
- Hire and grow a team focusing on your area of interest/strength
- Drive, manage and motivate the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 2-5 year recruitment/sales/team leading experience
- Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven and a good team player
- Eager to grow, expand and succeed. Not afraid to take on responsibilities
