What will be Your Responsibilities?
- Do busines development and liaise with potential clients
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients
- Understand the hiring needs of clients and source the right candidates to match with the requirements
- Manage the full end-to-end hiring process
- Identify right talents for client's selection through posting job advertisementa, screening CVs and conducting face-to-face interviews
- Provide professional advice and quality service to both clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in ANY field
- Results-oriented and focused ongrowth
- Motivated and determined to be the best
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people from all levels.
