Job Responsibilities in details:       

  • Oversee and manage whole A&P / MarComm department with good leadership skills
  • Periodically reporting department key results, overall performance, outstanding projects and other updates to the top management
  • Involve in organizational strategic planning and future developments to achieve targeted goals
  • Ensure creation and implementation of strategy designed to grow company’s business
  • Coordinate team’s KPI and ensure KPI meets company’s requirement and target
  • Promote our brand and products during events
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
  • Advertise our company's brand and products on various media
  • Produce marketing copy for our website and online platforms
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ related queries
  • Maintain good network with industry experts and potential business associates to drive brand awareness
  • Update/gather customer feedback to inform sales and merchandising teams

Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in Marketing Communications industry
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress and other social media platforms management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics would be an added advantage
  • Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good presentation skills
  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other relevant fields
