- Assist Senior to handle daily accounts task including general ledger, journal, accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit & loss and balance sheet.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including process payments of supplies, petty cash disbursement and payment receipts.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales report
- Assist to ensuring credit note and statements of accounts are prepare correctly
- Assist to keyin stock receiving, filling and all paper work in organized manner
- Ad-hoc clerical job task assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
- 1- 2 years working experience in retail industry or related industry is required for this position.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
