- Convert new customers in an assigned sales territory.
- Identify and prioritize targeted customers based on opportunity size and like hood of business success.
- Achieve Sales Target/Plan by generating sales revenue through conversion, penetration and retention of existing accounts.
- Handle all customers’ enquiries, orders and follow up after sales service ensuring customers satisfaction.
- Feedback customer opinion to the management.
- Collect payment from the customer.
- Maintain and comply with Sales processes and requirement, TEAM compliance, sales reports. SOP, operation and business processes.
- Meet with customers to discuss their enquiry, prepare quotation as per requirement and needs.
- Able to communicate and interact with people at all level.
- To work closely with technical team to deliver customer’s requirement in every aspect ( Deliver & Timeline ), to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma related fields.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales field however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Require to have good negotiation and persuasiveness skills.
- Well organized, proactive, highly motivated and result oriented.
- Able to negotiate, analyze problems and strategies for better solution.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiency.
- Team player with proactive can-do-attitude.
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Possess own transport.
