Nature of Business: Out-of-home Advertising
- Accounting / HR / Administration and its related activities in advertising business.
- Daily report to relevant superior.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls and generate sales by using account system (MYOB) and report to HQ Japan
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.Work with accounting consulting firm as necessary.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Follow up and chase client status with outstanding payment.
- Update Media premises table, claim form and relevant documentations.
- Create payroll data and submit to HQ Japan and accounting firm.
- Conduct recruitment of any departments.
- Prepare new staff requirement and programs.
- Keep us office always at comfortable level.
- Implement payment to suppliers as necessary.
- Keep any contractual documents in order.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Required languages: Japanese (N2 and above), Mandarin, English
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Must possess own transport.
Salary range: RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 + Allowances + Company Benefits
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mondays - Fridays)
