Nature of Business: Out-of-home Advertising

Job Descriptions:-

  • Accounting / HR / Administration and its related activities in advertising business.
  • Daily report to relevant superior.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls and generate sales by using account system (MYOB) and report to HQ Japan
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.Work with accounting consulting firm as necessary.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Follow up and chase client status with outstanding payment.
  • Update Media premises table, claim form and relevant documentations.
  • Create payroll data and submit to HQ Japan and accounting firm.
  • Conduct recruitment of any departments.
  • Prepare new staff requirement and programs.
  • Keep us office always at comfortable level.
  • Implement payment to suppliers as necessary.
  • Keep any contractual documents in order. 


  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Required languages: Japanese (N2 and above), Mandarin, English
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Must possess own transport.

Salary range: RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 + Allowances + Company Benefits

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mondays - Fridays)
