At Chiropractic First, we are dedicated to educate, inspire and transform patients and their families and to lead them to optimal health through chiropractic care.
We are looking to expand our Accounts Departments in Malaysia to support the Group's expansion plans.
The successful candidate must have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
- Check from sales system, key in monthly sales and agree to bank/merchant deposit
- Check and key in vendor invoices, ensure all payments are support with relevant documents and payment approval
- Prepare and check monthly Bank Reconciliation, Patient Reconciliation etc on timely basis
- Ensure all journal entries are support with relevant documents
- Ensure monthly intercompany balances are prepared, recorded up-to-date and reconciled
- Prepare full sets of accounts including monthly management account with financial variance analysis
- Assist in external audit fieldwork and response to audit queries
- Liaise with Management Team, Bankers, Vendors, Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary and any other statutory bodies for Statutory Reporting, Corporate Governance and Compliance’s matter
- Actively engage and support the Finance Team in implementation of continuous process improvement
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager from time to time
Requirements:
- Mandarin Speaking Candidates.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Graduated Diploma in Finance and Accountancy or equivalent (CAT/LCCI/Accounting Diploma holders and above)
- Candidate must possess at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience/similar job role
- Candidate with experience in using Quick Book and Sun System accounting software is preferred
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
- Positive working attitude and result oriented
- Must possess at least "Intermediate Excel" skills
- Able to learn fast and adapt oneself in the fast pace working environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work with extended working hours to meet tight reporting timeline
- Must be bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus
- Full-Time and Contract Position are available
