Junior Executive

Position:Costing & Billing Coordinator.
Salary: RM 2500-3000.
Work location:Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

Chrisjac is currently seeking suitable female candidates to be employed by an international freight forwarder in Petaling Jaya.
Duties & Responsibilties
-Invoicing out of charges to customers.
-Checking and inputting of cost to files.
-Ensure all shipments are billed and costed within the required timelines.
-to ensure customer data ,financial info and tracking requirements are supported.
-To check and process supplier invoices.
-To adminster customer and supplier tariffs.
The candidate
-Female preferred.
-Educated up to Diploma qualification in Accounting or Business.
-Strong MS Office skills.
-Background in freight forwarding/shipping industry.
-Must be prepared to work the hours required to complete a task.
-Proficient in English.
