Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for foreign workers’ permit renewal 
  • Issuance of discipline letter to employee 
  • Manage employee’s leave entitlement
  • Assist to generate monthly payroll
  • Handling of employee’s Socso/ Insurance claim
  • Handling of insurance renewal for the company (motor and non-motor)
  • Perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filing and retrieving documents, photocopying etc when required
  • Any other job responsibilities as and when assigned by superior

 

Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM or higher qualification
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude, able to multi task and work independently
