Overseeing the service operations (workshop and field service support) and projects within the country – Central, Southern & Northern regions.
Accountable for people management and staff development from time to time.
Initiating the meeting with the back office admins for work in progress report.
Daily updates on services challenges with service team members especially with all the field service technicians.
Standard of procedure reinforcement within the service team members.
Visit to the branches periodically for service operations issue & customer service issue.
Meet up with external customer for services topic & handling service escalations
Diploma/ Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Preferable Senior Executive/ Junior Manager from same industry, hand-on skills with sound knowledge in forklift trucks service & maintenance support.
Good understanding on customer service operation flow is required.
Mature, good leadership and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess own transport and wouldn't mind to travel if necessary
