Supporting on corporate matter in call center role.
As a critical front line position, responsible for handling important services interactions through inbound calls with Customer/Person In Charge on daily basis.
Functions as a customer service professional that politely and proficiently attends to service request, ranging from simple to more complex queries and sets about offering the appropriate solutions to address the raised service requests.
At least 1 year working experiences in Customer Service/Call Center field(Telco Industry would be an advantage)
Handle both inbound call and telesales(outbound) wold be great
Prefer bilingual (English + Mandarin) or MUST be fluent in spoken and written in English/Mandarin
Willing to work on weekend, public holiday on rotational shift basic
Able to start work immediately or serve short notice period
