To effectively manage the Branch resources, for both Mass and premier Banking segments, to achieve the targets/ standards for sales, high-level, consistent service quality and risk management.
Drive asset under Management and Customer Information and File growth for the branch by planing branch events/activities.
Optimise customer interaction tools such as CRUs and campaign leads to deliver sales results.
Maintain internal control discipline, achieve and ensure passing rate for all internal audits & higher risk units.
Ensure no significant non-compliance events(that can lead to the public or regulatory reprimands and no severe breaches AML/CFT regulations.
Manage operational risk and ensure that the Banks` operational standards and requirements are adhered to.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements on operations, business development and credit standards.
Drive Engagement amongst employees and minimise and control attritions
Possess strong team leadership and management, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, planning and organising skills
Knowledgeable and experience in Consumer sales as well as dealing with High Net Worth and Premier Banking
Coaching sales techniques, best practice and sales management on a team and one to one basis.
Preferably with excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis on inspiring, influencing and negotiating.
Proven ability in relationship management in the Consumer/ Retail sector.
