Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about the products;
- Communicating with customers through various channels (Phone call, email, live chat, etc);
- Understand products clearly and answer customers questions confidently;
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints;
- Follow up with courier service for late delivery and ensure parcels are delivered to the customer on time;
- Manage shopping cart for Shopee, Lazada and Padini official website.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/equivalent in any related field;
- Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in customer service;
- Good interpersonal skills and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin language;
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as roles requires candidate to deal with
- Mandarin speaking clients;
- Computer literate.
