Junior Warehouse & Logistic Officer

Responsibilities (Warehouse):

• Manage the stock or inventory material both in house and outsource warehouse.
• Prepare and pre-audit to ensure the stock accuracy.
• Ensure and maintain adequate stock of raw material to support production.
• Prepare Purchase / Stock Requisition Note.
• Check all incoming materials upon receiving.
• Liaison with Supplier on the delivery status of each outstanding orders.
• Liaison with Supplier / customer on non-conformance products.
• Filing and updating documents pertaining to Warehouse Logistic function.

Responsibilities (Logistic):

• Plan and manage daily delivery output to customer.
• Work with outsource transporter for the delivery of goods outstation.
• Prepare and report delivery schedule to relevant department.
• Manage and maintain company vehicle and equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related background and 3 years related working experience.
• Computer literate
