Department: Haulage

Job Description and Responsibility

Receive and record the POD returned from the truck driver such work ticket, CN, DO, DGC and diesel receipt
Sorting and compile all the returned CN by the driver
Attached complete CN with booking conformation for billing purposes
Handle DGC claim from the driver and update the DGC claim report into the system
Checking diesel receipt from driver and tally with the GPS and submit the report to account
Checking DGC invoice from the depot and update to account
Giving operational support to driver whenever necessary
