  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Accounts/Bookkeeping
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office software; experience with ERP system preferred
  • Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Good initiative, reliable, responsible and able to work independantly¬†
  • Fluent in written and spoken English



  • Handle book-keeping entries and updating of receivables and payables including payment arrangement
  • Prepare and update inventory report
  • Timely preparation of monthly accounts¬†
  • Assist in administration matters
  • Undertake ad hoc assignment from time to time
