Office Manager: - is responsible for directing and managing all office operations with overall responsibilities in Finance, Admin, and HR.

  • Handling full sets of accounting records including issuance of invoice, credit note & debit note, journal voucher, petty cash, staff claim & other related matter on regular basis
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports and financial statement
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agents, banks, company secretary, government and other statutory bodies
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, security services and IT
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Verify employee leave application and attendance, preparation monthly payroll including all deductions and statutory contributions – EPF, SOSCO & Payroll tax
  • Responsible for office operation/human resource operational/admin matter
  • Provide support in recruitment and training activities to ensure smooth office operation
  • Maintain and keep good records of related documents, employee records, company matters documentation
  • To undertake ad hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Finance & Admin Manager or equivalent
  • Knowledge of accoutant and office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration/Human Resource/Finance or relevant field
