Job Requirements
- 18-28岁
- 只限全职,六天职
- 接受轮班制度 (三班轮流制)
- 积极主动学习,工作认真,有责任感,沟通能力强,富有团队精神
- 无需任何工作经验或1年相关领域的工作经验
- 华语和英语的良好沟通与书写能力
- 熟悉基本电脑操作和MS-Office
- 能立刻开始上班
- 仅限马来西亚公民申请
- 欢迎SPM毕业生
- Candidate must possess at least primary / secondary school / SPM / "O" Level in any field.
- Required language: English (MUST), Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, verbally and writing - due to nature of business.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
About The Job
- 准确处理事务,高效地回复客户的问题与请求
- 维护和更新客户记录
- 通过在线系统与客户对话 (通过skype, 微信,邮件,在线会话等软件系统)
- 简单统计一下数据
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
