Job Descriptions

Business development and developing long term relationships with potential clients and candidates
Maintain good relationships with the recruiters and hiring managers you are working with
Screen and approach suitable candidates to fulfil the requirements from clients
Conducting of interviews and assess the aptness of potential candidates
Overseeing the selection process from start to finish: headhunting / sourcing for suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates

Requirements

A bachelors’ degree in any discipline
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Energetic, resourceful and initiative
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Great team players
Fresh Graduates are welcomed
