JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To handle and assist all customers' enquiries - telephone/fax/emails, walk-in, eCommerce/online, etc. promptly and professionally.
- To improve customer conversions and customer service.
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure providing the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Assist customers with their orders, requirements and after-sales service issues
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to customers
- Maintain and update regular customers correspondence
- General administrative duties relating to customers' enquiries, orders, sales, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder in any discipline. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Responsible, independent, willing to work under pressure and multitasking capability.
- Required skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Words.
