Admin & Account Executive Responsibilities 

  • Managing financial and administration activities to achieve financial goals
  • Prioritizing daily task by having To-Do-List
  • Developing business operational with full responsibility and take ownership as no mistake is allowed 
  • ·       Monitoring and managing expenditures within allotted budget (e.g. marketing activities)
  • Reviewing all invoices and make the relevant payments to supplier (principal, logistics, etc.) in a timely manner (pls tabulate a list of credit terms with various supplier)
  • Assisting in implementing standard accounting policies by using current system SQL
  • Reviewing accounting discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to Executive Director
  • Identifying and resolving financial and administrative issues promptly not having bias among all
  • Taking initiative to recommend the correction actions to improve business operations 
  • Keeping up-to-date payable and receivable accounts by daily Ensuring the preparation and maintenance of all financial records 
  • Accessing financial strength and weakness by analysing the meeting liquidity needs (liquidity ratios), meeting operating performance (efficiency ratios), meeting risk expectations (gearing ratios), meeting boards expectation (profitability ratios), meeting shareholders expectation (price/earnings ratios, dividend yield)
  • Preparing yearly financial statement include P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement every 3 months 
  • Supervising and managing payroll processing and tax filing activities after financial year ended
  • Developing and maintaining high standard financial and administrative procedures
  • Supervising the monthly sales achievement and annual financial reports in a timely fashion
  • Managing stock inventory effectively with monthly stock take
