- Responsible to drive profitable sales & category / brand share growth in the channel that being assigned.
- Develop strategic business plan for total company portfolio
- Achieve company's goals with Sales, Account Receivable, and Merchandising Standards
- Manage continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Analyze collection trends and suggest solution for prompt payments
- Liaison with existing customers and recruitment of potential new customers. This includes monitoring of market to seek opportunities and provide input of product performance, new marketing or sales trend and etc.
- Manage a team of sales personnel, by monitoring the teams key performance indicator achievements. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on performance gaps and requirements for improvement
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advance /Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Possess 5 years of sales experience in General Trade (GT / Industry) and has good networking in FMCG organization is essential for this position
- Possess own transport
- Good proficiency in MS OFFICE especially MS EXCEL
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Possess good interpersonal skills, is self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude
