Petaling Jaya, Selangor, MY

Working Location: Kota Damansara

Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

· Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

· Dealing with email enquiries

· Taking minutes

· Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

· Managing Laundry

· General office management such as ordering stationary

· Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers

· Managing accommodation for staff and customers if there is

· Managing transport for staff and customers if there is

· Arranging both internal and external events

· Attending client visit

· Managing pantry and ordering snacks and beverage

· Managing meals for staff and customer

· Keeping office clean and tidy everyday

· Making sure co-workers can work efficiently

Minimum Requirement:

· At least 1 year on experience in relevant field

· Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as well

· Preferably female ranging from age 22 to 28

· People-oriented individual and kind
