Responsibilities: 
- Preparing, maintaining, recording, and digitalizing documents
- Ability to maintain a detailed schedule
- Assisting in follow-up on clients' claims (able to make calls)
- Need to be easily accessible during working hours, 9 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Fridays
 
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen
- minimum qualification: SPM
- preferably has own laptop 
- Detail-oriented, good at paperwork
- Self-starter and a team player
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral)
- Willingness to learn new skills (insurance-related as we are mainly focused on insurance / financial services)
