Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues involving out-of-the-box, functionality, custom features and integrations with MS Dynamics CRM
- Discuss with users/agents and managers to understand both the business and technical requirements and set expectations on the system's functionality
- Perform training sessions for agents and managers and support through the Go-live process
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to support team
- Work with project committee and keep projects on schedule
- Develop and create D365 Report Dashboards for Sales, Finance, Marketing and Technical support Team
- Create customized Sales Reports using PowerBI Pro
Experience
- Minimum five years of software architecture, design, and development experience
- At least three years developing solutions with current versions of Microsoft CRM
- Experience with Business Process Mapping and process optimization
- Professional training and certification on Microsoft CRM highly desired
Requirements
- Hands on development experience within Dynamics 365 CRM
- Ability to troubleshoot & debug plugins, custom workflows activities and other components
- Deep understanding of CRM customizations & CRM solution architecture
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, Power BI and Microsoft Flow
- Experience with .Net, JSON, ASP, CSS, and SQL Server
- Experience with .NET Development (ASP.NET, C#, SQL)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform especially PowerBI
