Technical Sales Engineer / Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Work independently on pre-sales activities which includes;

• Understand customer requirement
• Strategic Solution Selling
• Solution Presentation
• Participate in conference call discussion, presentation and demo
• Solution or Proof of Concept
• Business Proposal
• RFI/ITQ/RFP preparation
• Alias with principle for solution
• Customer technical support
   

Undertake duties and responsibilities that may be directed by company/director from time to time

NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:-

• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Support focus mind, capable to solve / simplify customer challenges
• Ability to deliver results within challenging deadlines
• Willing to learn and build knowledge base on security, Networking, IT and related fields
• Good analytic thinking and ability of solving the technical problems
• Must be friendly, energetic, passionate independently
• Must be willing to work weekend and after working hours, if required

JOB REQUIREMENT:-

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Technical competency in RFID, Card Access, Biometric, Key Management System or related to ELV Industry will be added advantage
• At least 2 years of proven working experience in System/Security industry.
• Must have IT knowledge and hand-on person
• Must posses own transport and willing to travel
• Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
• Well disciplined and have attitude to learn new system
