- Able to handle for customer's inquiries, requests and/or complaints via phone, e-mail, etc
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure that customers' requests or concerns are promptly and properly addressed.
- Process customers order .
- Handling customer related inquiries.
- Able to work directly with management team to clearly define the scope of work, objectives, goals and timelines.
