Assisting CEO in day-to-day tasks.
Daily management of multiple diaries, arranging and scheduling appointments.
Travel management, including preparation of detailed itineraries, flights, hotels and car hire.
Managing all incoming correspondence/communications and outgoing correspondence/communications.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations. Preparing minutes of meeting.
Assisting in the preparation of marketing/business proposal.
Assisting in the preparation of business agreements.
Assisting CEO for matter related to dealers, distributors and customers.
Perform other ad-hoc assignments.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Possess spoken & written languages: English and Malay compulsory, Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to write official letters.
At least 5 years working experiences as a personal assistant.
Working experience in automotive, manufacturing and distribution industry.
Independent, great analytical & problem-solving skills, strong adaptability skills and self-discipline.
Able to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines.
