Service Technician 服务技术人员 - Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities 

• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
• Order parts needed for repairs & admin works if needed
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers

Qualifications 

• Preferable Chinese speaking candidate due to natural of business
• Ability to install, repair, service, laying cables, test and troubleshoot equipment
• Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams & at least a Diploma holder in Engineering
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include working at outdoor environment, climbing, drilling, mounting surveillance, access control, telecommunication equipment and working in confined spaces
• Possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to effectively manage time
