Report to: Sales & Operations Manager & Human Resource
- Responsibilities include providing administrative support to Sales & Operations Manager and Human Resource Department
- Arranging and collating data and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Liaison and support between Sales & Operations Manager, Key Account Executives and factory team
- Liaise with Key Accounts and Finance on vendor invoices
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Develop and maintain a centralize filing or archive system for SOP and other documentations
- Resolve administrative problems
- Perform any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.
- Diploma in Business Admin
- Preferable with advanced Excel proficiency
- 2-3 years as Administration Assistant with strong planning and communication skills
- Good IT skills and proficient in MS applications (word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Positive mind set, proactive and willing to learn.
- Self-starter, detail-minded, good analytical, strong problem-solving skill and well organized.
