JOB DESCRIPTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Assistant (1 position)
§ Assist in preparation of client’s monthly payroll.
§ Assist in issuing invoices & official receipts.
§ Assist in the preparation of in-house monthly accounts.
§ Perform general administrative tasks.
COSEC Admin Assistant (1 position)
§ To provide operational & administrative support to the business.
§ Prepare quotation & attend to business enquiries.
§ Remind & follow up with clients on various secretarial events due date.
§ Maintain good filing system on secretarial files.
§ Maintain updated client’s info & database.
§ Any other secretarial matters as delegated by superior from time to time.
§ Diploma of Business Studies/Administration/Accounting, or equivalent.
§ Able to read & write in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus point.
§ Computer literate with hands-on ability in MS Office.
§ On-job training provided. Preferably 1-2 year of relevant working experience.
§ Good inter-personal and communication skills with positive attitude.
§ Able to multi-task, work independently as well as a team player in a fast paced working environment
