Responsibility
- Takeaway food ordering platform in the UK.
- Provide takeaway ordering website services to connect restaurant and customers in the UK.
- Administration: Data entry for client system setup and restaurant online menu
- Live order observation and support
- Manage online order, respond request from restaurant and consumers by telephone & emails.
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with existing and potential customers
- Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization
Working hours
10pm - 7am or 7pm - 4am based on rotation
Night shift required (UK timing) - 5 days work (Monday to Sunday) based on rotation
