- perform administrative and office support for supervisors and managers.
- perform a variety of tasks, such as data entry into system, daily production output report, material stock checking, attendance, leave & OT form
- Ensure proper filling of all documents
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both writing & speaking
- Good knowledge in using software application (computers especially Microsoft Office)
- Good control of filings & managing documents
- SPM level and at least 1 year working experience in related field
