  • Manage the preparation of monthly financial reports ( closing & reconciliation)
  • Review and manage full set accounts including account receivable (AR), account payable (AP), general ledger (GL) and etc.
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts
  • Supervise subordinates by coordinating day-to-day tasks and guide them in task completion
  • Preparation of annual Finance budget and ensure accuracy of financial projection
  • Preparation of necessary financial reports and presentations for Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board of Directors Meeting
  • Working with different departments to assist in the implementation of internal controls and process improvement within accounting and operational processes on an on-going basis
  • Prepare statutory reporting on a timely basis and ensure the positive cash flow and effective use of company’s resources
  • Ensure compliance to accounting standards, statutory requirements, company policies and best practices
  • Build the finance team and leads positive growth within the company
  • Assist in other accounting functions of the company ad and when required by Directors


  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Possess professional qualifications from recognized bodies (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW etc.)
  • Min 5-6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Demonstrated high levels of initiatives and judgement with ability to analyses financial information
  • Experience in Audit, Financial reporting, Cost management, corporate tax and SST will be added advantages
  • Able to commit and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good communication skills and collaboration skills
