Responsibilities:
- Preparing food for packaging (e.g. butchering meat or preparing sauces).
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Answer, report and follow chef’s instructions.
- Clean up station and stock inventory appropriately.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
- Ability to perform repetitiously tasks at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time.
- To perform any tasks as and when required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Preferably those specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team & manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, committed and hardworking
- Must be flexible and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Advantage if have catering kitchen or production kitchen experience.
- Required Language(s): English & Chinese
