LINE COOK (NON-HALAL PRODUCTION)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing food for packaging (e.g. butchering meat or preparing sauces).
• Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Answer, report and follow chef’s instructions.
• Clean up station and stock inventory appropriately.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
• Ability to perform repetitiously tasks at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time.
• To perform any tasks as and when required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position 
• Preferably those specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a team & manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, committed and hardworking
• Must be flexible and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Advantage if have catering kitchen or production kitchen experience.
• Required Language(s): English & Chinese
