Reviewing and processing all incoming orders accurately, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, pricing, promotions, as well as in compliance with the documented procedures.
Responsible for reviewing orders to identify and prevent potential downstream issues that could negatively impact the customer or business
Receive and distribute incoming customer orders, communicating order entry and fulfillment issues with Sales and Customer Experience members to ensure timely activation and device delivery to customers.
Ensure record accuracy by maintaining data integrity during the order entry process, responsible for data scrubbing when appropriate.
Accept, evaluate and route periodic customer inquiries, following up to ensure satisfactory closure.
Ability to identify and highlight as-is process improvement to close the process gap with respective stakeholders to ensure quality work with customer obsessed mind set.
Supporting the Order Management Team Lead to ensure a smooth operational flow and timely processing for the Sales Order Submission and to work extra hours esp during month end and high surge of submissions due to campaigns.
Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required and assigned
Roadshows on-site support
Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
Good communications and writing skills
Knowledge of terms in marketing, commercial law, compliance standards will be added advantage
Minimum experience 3-4 years in administration management experience is preferred
Strong learning agility and willing to take challenge.
Good interpersonal, communication skills & effective analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment and recognize the impact to the business and customer
Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
Detail oriented and uses excellent judgment in resolving questions or problems with orders.
With certain Fraud Prevention knowledge.
Willing to work under pressure with extended work hours when it is required
Ability to multi-task under minimal supervision with an eye for detail
