Job Description :
- Maintain internal databases
- Responsible for filing, billing and documentation
- Maintain a filing system for data
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Coordinating between internal and external parties
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Handling ad-hoc tasks
Requirements :
- Candidate must have minimum a SPM or above
- Candidate must have knowledge of using computer and MS Office
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Good in English speaking
