  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate
  • At least 2- 5 years working experience in related.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the office supply levels, reorder when appropriate.
  • Keep record and arrange payment - all vendors’ invoices and utilities bills.
  • Administer all printing of documents and despatch services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors for best pricing on supplies and services.
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other administration staff.
  • Can use excel for preparing contract claim
  • Have experiance to study construction drawing, calculation of material
