Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate
- At least 2- 5 years working experience in related.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the office supply levels, reorder when appropriate.
- Keep record and arrange payment - all vendors’ invoices and utilities bills.
- Administer all printing of documents and despatch services.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors for best pricing on supplies and services.
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to other administration staff.
- Can use excel for preparing contract claim
- Have experiance to study construction drawing, calculation of material
