Job Description:
- To assist the Project Engineer to supervise all construction works on the project
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by quality management system
- To implement project operations and document control procedure
- To coordinate and monitor sub contractor's activities at project site and adhere to document control procedure
- To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and etc.
- Supervise construction work on site to ensure that all requirements of the property’s drawings and plans are met at the agreed timelines
- Liase with suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth completion of the project
- Perform quality checks on the project’s materials and construction quality
- Record and present regular site progress reports.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma / Degree holder or its equivalent.
- Candidates without the above qualifications but with relevant working experience are also welcomed to apply.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
